President Biden plans to call Donald Trump for an exclusive interview on Wednesday, Politico reported.

Biden plans a joint appearance with the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, sources told Politico.

Biden will be on hand to answer questions from the president during an exclusive sit-down with Trump, the sources told the publication.

The interview will be the first in a series of interviews with the two candidates.

Biden’s visit comes on the heels of a string of Trump administration announcements that included a trade war and the end of a U.S. refugee resettlement program, which Trump had vowed to end.

Biden and Trump are expected to address the media on Wednesday.

The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the report.
